Ecuador is growing in tourism, it is estimated that by 2020 it can increase by 5% of income thanks to tourism (Ministry of Tourism, 2018). Most SMEs within the hotel sector do not have a strategic digital communication plan that also includes digital marketing, we want to present a fresh and innovative proposal where the micro moments and experiences of my digital user that will be of great help to the increase in visits in accommodation establishments. By creating a blog and updating the image on social networks, it is proposed to catapult the traffic of information about plans and packages offered by the inn, so that users can distinguish the characteristics that make service offers unique. The importance of maintaining a fresh and inclusive image and reputation is important within this project, since methodologies are applied based on intense research directed towards the consumers of services in the field of lodging, and it is important to make visible that the work is done based on the tastes and demands of these users, in order to improve their service experience, making this hostel occupy the preferential place of those who have visited it. Keeping on the top of social networks and recommendations on the web is the main purpose of this project, that national tourists have in mind to visit this hostel.
