Given that currently the use of social networks is of utmost importance in the promotion and dissemination of any brand, company, product or people, this project focuses on the creation of a manual of procedures and good use of social networks, especially Facebook and Instagram, for the EducaMundo Bilingual Educational Unit, to standardize the procedures and lines to follow under each message, steps to follow in case of some risk situation, as well as the delineation of the graphic line, without Leaving aside the main task of communication with current and potential users.
